Paul, The Chairman.

For management advice and support Paul should be your first port of call. A former director at Coates Viyella with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Brand development in UK and Overseas markets he has fulfilled similar roles on behalf of banking and venture capital groups involved in re-structuring of businesses. A DTI SFEDI accredited Business Adviser and accredited to the emda Regional Mentoring Escalator programme and has completed Advanced Mentoring and Coaching Training. He works with businesses nationally in the roles of Company Secretary and Director providing strategic advice. If you need an event organised or are seeking funding then he's the man to speak to.

Wendy, Director.

Wendy keeps a close eye on the Property Portfolio and uses her expertise in Art and Design in the redevelopment of the companies' accommodation. In depth experience covering all matters equestrian make her the expert eye to direct the programme of EES support across the country.

Jayne, Office Manager.

She minds the office, ensures that all the work is organised, deadlines are met and the jobs get done. Experience with management and bookkeeping systems within organisations and small businesses. Jayne has a wealth of knowledge with horses, often to be seen on EES ‘field trips'.
